CNN Photos

Sometimes I find my heart next door at "the neighbors."  It is a world away and bloody train track memories mar the way from here to there.  There, the place I called home for many years, and here, still have animosity that sinks deep in the soil stained by sectarian spilled blood.  This link  about the land that echoes of home in my soul is worth checking out, particularly if you are a woman.

Please look at photo number two.
Don't look away.
Don't hide.

Don't click so quick you don't cry over injustice and then do something different today.  Maybe give someone in your family a Christmas gift that really isn't for them but for a village in some far away place.  Maybe pack up a shoe box.  Maybe visit someone in jail.  Maybe pray harder with your kids.  Maybe fast for people you know working, living, breathing, and trusting in this land so hard on women.  Just Do Something.

Again if you want to see what I am talking about CLICK HERE!  If you go to the link and have an idea of how to fight this injustice please write a comment.  I'd love to hear your thoughts.
